The technological platform used by Regularis is Microsoft Azure, which will provide the storage, computer equipment cómputo, and data safety. Regularis can also be implemented among their own infrastructure, always with the best standards of quality and security.

Who manages my data?

The management of data will depend on how it is obtained in the system.In the case that you choose to purchase it with the SAAS modality, they will be administered by the Azure infrastructure and if you acquire it on premise, they will be administered by a local server in charge of your company.

How do I know that my data is safe?

Microsoft Azure has high safety standards for data management; however, in case of acquiring the system with the on-premise modality, we will use a local server. Therefore, security will fall on your company and infrastructure, but in terms of data base, sensitive information such as usernames and passwords will remain encripted and could be accessed only by the application

Regularis under SAAS modality performs a monthly backup of your complete data base, which will be stored during six months. Furthermore, it will be possible to create back ups more often or to save the oldest ones for an additional charge.
 
On the other hand, if Regularis is implemented in its own infrastructure, it may support different back up methods where periodicity and retention vary according to their means of storage and tools.
